PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES    Some property management companies charge a low percentage of the rent as a monthly management fee.  It appears to be a good deal, especially during these difficult times.  Don't forget to consider all charges.  How much do they charge to secure a tenant?  Are there any other miscellaneous fees?  Do they add a fee to each vendor invoice?  Do they charge attorney's fees each time they prepare a lease?  Do they have a maintenance person or do they have to hire outside help for every minor repair?  You must consider all fees before you can accurately compare management costs.
